SHIPPING POLICY
At Import Dynamix, we strive to get your performance parts to your door as quickly and
securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed
on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Note: Special order items or parts shipping directly from the manufacturer may have longer
lead times. You will be notified via email of any significant delays.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We primarily utilize UPS and FedEx for reliable delivery of high-performance components.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout for faster delivery.
3. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS & HIGH-VALUE ITEMS
To ensure the security of your build, Import Dynamix may require a signature upon
delivery for high-value orders (typically $500+). We strongly recommend shipping to a
secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking
number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's
website.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you
notice any damage to the exterior packaging or the parts inside, you must document the damage
with photos and contact us at support@importdynamix.com within 48 hours.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
P.O. Boxes: We generally cannot ship large performance parts to P.O. Boxes. Please
provide a physical street address for delivery.
International Shipping: At this time, we primarily serve the United States. For
international inquiries, please contact our support team.
6. RISK OF LOSS
As outlined in our Terms of Service, the risk of loss and title for all items pass to the
customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
